Madisen Bergh PT, DPT, PCES

I received my doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Washington and have additional training in orthopedic and pelvic floor PT as well as additional certification as a pregnancy and postpartum clinical exercise specialist. I have helped many women before, during and after pregnancy as well as assisting with pelvic floor and genitourinary changes throughout perimenopause and menopause.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, training for my next half marathon, watching Seattle sports, cooking and keeping up with reality TV when I can!

Pregnancy & Birth Prep

PT during pregnancy can help with low back and pelvic pain, improve mobility, and prepare your body for birth. With gentle exercises, posture support, and pelvic floor training, PT can build strength and confidence for delivery and recovery.  I will provide education on pelvic and hip mobility, releasing pelvic floor muscles and push prep.
