Transforming Lives with Personalized Care

Hi, I'm Kinsey. My passion for supporting the whole person is at the core of my work as a physical therapist. As a performing artist, I fully understand the demands on the human body and the dedication required to pursue one's craft. While I specialize in working with performing artists and individuals with hypermobility, I also find great satisfaction in helping other athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone struggling to live pain-free lives.

About Kinsey

Meet Dr. Kinsey Winter

Born and raised in Redmond, I graduated from Lake Washington High School and the International Ballet Academy’s Professional Division in 2015. In 2019, I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Belhaven University, but a career-ending injury in my senior year dashed all my hopes of dancing professionally. Fortunately, breaking my leg also led me to the field of physical therapy, where I am committed to paying forward the support I received from therapists while dancing. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO, in 2024. I bring the same unwavering commitment to excellence that I always had in my dance career to my practice.
